At Wellington's Fine Leather Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your custom leather piece does not meet your expectations, our streamlined return process ensures a professional resolution.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and discuss the reason for your return.

    Prepare for Shipment

    Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping and crating to ensure the leather remains pristine during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup

    Once your RMA is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient white-glove pickup from your home.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
